He founded dFakto in September 2000 (former Deployments Factory SA) and he has supported the role of CEO since then.     Jeremy joined dFakto in January 2017. Since his first day, he’s been integrated in several teams active on the internal transformation plan of dFakto. He’s also a team member of the sales taskforce at dFakto. Before joining dFakto, in the course of his studies Jeremy wrote a research proposal regarding the urban planning in the desert in Israel. He worked there on the field for 1 month. Before that, in 2015 he worked for 6 months in project management for the NGO Engineers without borders to build a Business Model and a Business Plan for organizations active in waste treatment in West-Africa. For 4 years he’s also been a scout leader. In 2012 he worked for a month for a humanitarian project with a team of 10 people in India.

    Mathieu joined dFakto in January 2016. Since then, he actively participated in the management of the execution phase of a corporate transformation plan for a major financial institution. Additionaly, Mathieu took part in the coordination between program management offices and major governance instances, and participated in the production, validation and distribution of trustful insights to management. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the Louvain School of Management (previously known as IAG).

    About Patrick

    Patrick is Senior Manager at dFakto (formerly known as Deployments Factory) since 2000. He is an active member of the Management Team. Since January 2012, he takes on the role of Head of Knowledge, Method and Tools, where he is in charge of the development of dFakto internal Knowledge Base, standards for tools and methodologies and a catalogue of internal training modules. During his experience at dFakto, Patrick coordinates several projects especially in the banking sector.

    • 16 years of experience in Project Management and certified Prince2 Practitioner and Project Management Professional (PMI)
    • Broad range of experience across different sectors as Bank, Insurance, Air Traffic Control
    • Implementation of standardised program, project, and milestone reporting methodology across multiple domains
    • Responsible for the implementation of a Central Program Management Office aimed at supporting the implementation / deployment phase of a major Integration program
    • Monitoring of progress, financial performance, and change management of the programs
    • Lead of a feasibility study for the implementation of a security incident tracking and management tool, including the analysis of information systems of incident management
    • Reporting to heads of the transformation plan for domain Group Functions and International Retail Banking
    • Assessment of budget processes and tools within the department of Facility Management

    Patrick Esselinckx started his career at dFakto where he successively supports the role of Project analyst, Project Manager, Business analyst, Risk Assessment Manager and HR Manager. He develops a strong experience in Project Management in the banking sector. He also holds a Master’s degree in Comercial Engineering from the Louvain School of Management (ex-IAG).

    • Implementation and maintenance of a large Data Factory with more than 30 sources and a considerable amount of data
    • Server infrastructure monitoring & management internally and for clients
    • Implementation of a mission critical infrastructure supporting thousands of users with Load Balancing and Live replication
    • Analysis and implementation of multiple critical system interconnection between Odoo, the Data Factory and client systems
    • Analysis and development of an incident management tool connected with RingRing Sms & Email Gateway
    • Working experience in many technologies: C#, ASP.NET MVC, Angular JS, Debian, Mono, VMWare vSphere, REST Web Services, MySQL, Data Vault, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.

    Danny started his career at ASK as Analyst - Developer. He moved to dFakto in September 2012 where he takes on the role of Solution Developer and then Solution Engineer. Danny is currently working on the evolution of internal assets and on the IT infrastructure management. Danny also holds a Bachelor in Computer Science from the Institut Paul Lambin.

He is mainly involved in projects linked to the Transformation & Financial Success Management Business Lines. Mohamed is a result-oriented Manager with a high expertise in Financial Advisory, data-driven reporting solutions and Transformation Programs.

    • Broad range of experience across different indutries such as Pharma, Automotive, Food & Beverage and Banking
    • Strong accounting and controlling background

    Mohamed Faouzi started his career as Financial Auditor at BDO and moved afterwards at PwC for the same role. After 2,5 years, Mohamed decided to acquire a controlling expertise first at AstraZeneca, a major actor in the pharmaceuticals sector worldwide, and then at Orangina Schweppes Belgium, a Suntory Group Company. He is currently assigned on a large Transformation Program in the Banking Industry. Mohamed holds a Master degree in Business Administration from ICHEC.
